The best thing to do would be to search google! You might also take a look
at the forums at
http://www.dotnet247.com. You can also check out the
knowledge base articles for VS.NET at
http://www.kbalertz.com/technology.aspx?tec=220.
Personally, I think the best way to go about things is to use VS.NET, and
when you run into a problem, then run a search on Google. VS.NET is quite
mature, so if you run into a problem, you'll most likely find an answer
fast.
