.Net and socket support options

This is a new page. I know that the left hand column is correct. I'd
appreciate any corrections, and/or comments on the right hand column
regarding the .net 1.1 framework support.

For those of you who do not know what Indy is, it's a free open source set of
Internet protocols that has been around for more than 10 years now and is now
available for the .net platform.
