problem with background compiling

Hi,

Since i upgrade visual studio to 2003 i'm having various problems with the
background compilation.

I using vb.net and the problem is when i edit the source of class, for
example if i add a new variable, i'll get a lot of errors in the task list
of other files witch i don't have open.

Errors like:
Name '_xxx' is not declared.
'txtCode' is not a member of 'aaa.frmCfgSec'.
Handles clause requires a WithEvents variable

Then when i want to start the project it claims it found erros and can't
compile the project.
Almost every time i press F5 i have to rebuild the solution first to get
reed of the erros and then i can run the project normally.

It make me loose a lot of time.

config:
windows XP sp1
VS 2003
VSS 6.0d, with the working folder set locally.
MacAfee Virus Scan, with on-access scan disable
The solution is made of a windows application and various class libraries

Any body have an idea about this?

I'm sorry for my poor english.

Thanks,
Orlando
