calling private assembly from vfp8 application

Hi,
I have a vfp8 application xx.exe, and a private assembly
yy.dll, I use regasm.exe export the yy.dll to yy.tlb and
register it; in xx.exe will create an object of yy
(something like oApp = createobject("yy.clsTest")), but
when I deploy the xx.exe and yy.dll to a test machine
(Win98), and registered the yy.dll, xx.exe will be crashed
if the yy.dll and yy.tlb in the different folder from the
xx.exe("OLE error code:0x80040154), if I put the yy.dll
and yy.tlb in the same folder of the xx.exe, it's running
OK, I really want to put the dll library in a different
folder from the application exe file, can anyone teach me
what I can do?
