error 1706

Hello,

I got a new laptop and installed vs.net 2003 on it. When I try and
build a setup application I get the installer coming up. It says "Please
wait while Windows configures Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Developer 2003 -
English. It then bombs out stating

"Error 1706.No valid source could be found for product Visual Studio .NET
Enterprise Developer 2003 - English. The Windows installer cannot continue"

How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance.
