activex control failure for generic user

I have a Windows forms application I am working on for a
win2k platform user (developing under Visual Studio .NET
2003 in C#). To perform a CD burn function I am using a
third party ActiveX control (DataBurnX)which I imported
via add/remove toolbox items. The conrol seems to work
great while logged on as an administrator but fails if i'm
logged on as a limited user of any kind (poweruser down to
regular user). What the heck is happening and how to I fix
it!
