Error in Event Viewer after installing Desktop SQL Server

I am getting the following message in my applications
event log after installing the Microsoft Desktop SQL
Server:

The description for Event ID ( 19011 ) in Source (
MSSQL$VSDOTNET ) cannot be found. The local computer may
not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You
may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this
description; see Help and Support for details. The
following information is part of the event:
(SpnRegister) : Error 1355.

I followed the directions to install the Desktop SQL
Server during the install of Visual Studio .NET 2003. Is
anyone familiar with this message, and if so, is there a
knowledgebase article on it or other resource that you
can point me to so I can resolve the issue. Thanks.
