I doubt so.
Most book are either .NET or C++.
If it's C++ it's often MFC, etc....
If it's .NET it's often C# or, sometimes, VB.
If you already know C++, skip trhough a C# book which would teach you the
basic of .NET.
Then you could go from there with the SDK documentation.
