Setting opacity of a Dialog

Hello All
I am using DotNet classes in my MFC Application.
now that I have successfully used some DotNET classes and more over Form
Classes as well I want to set the Opacity of my MFC Dialog using the Forms
Opacity property , to achieve this what I must do
