it yet. Try the microsoft.public.smartphone.developer newsgroup, but my
understanding is that you can use EVC++ to write applications. The place

I know I can develop for Pocket PC in VS.NET and test through an emulator that came with VS.NET - Can I do the same for the Smartphone 2002?
