GDI+ Resize Bitmap time ???

Dear all:

My english is poor.forgive me.
i use GDI+ class in my MFC program.I want to do resize the
Bitmap.But I have a importance point of time of execution
of Resize Bitmap.

I use c# to write same program before.The resize Bitmap
was very fast.following code:
Bitmap bm=new Bitmap(bm,NewWidth,Newheight);

Now..
Have somebody understand how to chneage the C# code to my
MFC program?
I think c++ is very fast to run.But I need fast
more than c# for resize bitmap time.
