COM Asynchronous Call

Compiling the source found in the MSDN article: "Windows
2000: Asynchronous Method Calls Eliminate the Wait for COM
Clients and Servers", compiler of VC++ 6.00 gives me the
error: "error C2061: syntax error :
identifier 'ICallFactory'".

Serching the heder files I didn't find the 'ICallFactory'
at all!

Need another version or update of VC++ ???

It's in ObjIdl.h in the SDK...
