XmlNode copy = doc.ImportNode(sourceNode, true);
parent.AppendChild(copy);

where doc is the instance of XmlDocument that represent the destination
document,
sourceNode is XmlNode from foreign context, and parent is the parent node of
the new node,
in the 'doc' context.
