Starting ASP.Net application problems

I get the error below which appears randomly when I run my asp.net
application from inside VS. I have to click 'continue' a number of times
each time I run a debug cycle. Does anyone have the solution to remove this
problem? I have tried re-installing .Net framework and clearing the Temp
ASP.net folder.

A first chance exception of type 'System.UnauthorizedAccessException'
occurred in mscorlib.dll

Additional information: Access to the path "Randomfilename.dll" is denied.

It appears I'm not the only one having this problem when I do a search on
the web but there appears to be little solutions.

I have re-installed VS. Also used a different computer but this appears
project related.

Anyone? This is driving me nuts.
