Need some advice

I need to allow different websites to be able to get to my data.
Basically right now I have to put 2 dropdowns and a datagrid/table on
there site. The first dropdown get data from my database, then the
second gets build by the first selection. Then the table gets build on
the selections from the 1st and 2nd dropdowns. What is the best way to
do this with XML(or other tech?) An example would be awsome.
