About Form show Version No

Hi I have created an "About Form" and I want to display the version number
of the Deployment Project.

Is there any way I can do this without having to manually check that the
Version No of the Deployment Project is entered on the About Form (or in the
AssemblyInfo.vb of the Main Project).

Or am I looking at this the wrong way. Each revision I am incrementing the
Major/Minor Version No property of the Deployment Project and then
"Building" the Solution. And using this to track the Users Version?
