Validating a user on a domain

I am using IIS directory security to only allow users of a domain to access a
web site. However on one page I would like them ot confirm a command by
entering their password. I would like to be able to confirm their domain
password programatically.
Can this be done with .net? or anything else?
I know I can get the domain\User ID from the Server Variables from the ASP
page, and I would loke to use these with some sort of network call up to pass
the user id, password and domain to check for access.
Thank you
