DHTMLEDLib Control library

I am using the DHTMLEDLib control library in an HTML Editor Application
programmed in C#.NET.
I am having this problem:
When I call the method "execCommand" with the parameter DELETECOLS,
when the table in the edit control have one Column, then the application
throws an NullReferenceException.
Idem when the table have only one Row and I pass the DELETEROWS parameter.

This problem occurs only with the last row or column of a Table...

What should I do ??

Thanks.

Source Code:

private AxDHTMLEDLib.AxDHTMLEdit axTranslated;
.......
.....
object obj = new object( ); // What object must I instantiate ?

axTranslated.ExecCommand (DHTMLEDLib.DHTMLEDITCMDID.DECMD_DELETECOLS,
DHTMLEDLib.OLECMDEXECOPT.OLECMDEXECPOT_DODEFAULT, ref obj);
