ntdll.dll crashes

I have my visual basic .NET environment crashing quite often.

I have also a large application developed using it that seems to work
just fine, but under heavily testing it sometimes randonly crashes in an
untrappable way.

The strange thing is that checking the events history using Microsoft
Management console, both the developing environment and my compiled
application appears to crash on the module ntdll.dll.

Is it just a coincidence, or maybe a know problem?

thanks for your answer,

Giulio
