Could not find installable ISAM

hi everybody i am syed Now i am creating one application using C#.NET, ASP.NET and MS ACCESS. So i used OleDb Connection(Microsoft.Jet.OleDb.4.0). but i am trouble with following error:"Could not find installable ISAM" How to solve this proble,. pls help me,,.

Note: o/s:-Windows 2003 and VS.NET 2003

Exception:System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: Could not find installable

ISAM. at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection.ProcessResults(I nt32 hr) at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection.InitializeProvid er() at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection.Open()
