Prevent new folder in OpenFileDialog

Hi,

Is there a way to prevent the OpenFiledialog from
allowing users to create new Files/Folders??

Currently we have an app that gets run on a terminal
server, and all users connect using annon logon. However,
some of our users require the ability to create new
folders/files from the dialog box, while others should be
restricted...

Can this be done, or am I going to have to implement my
own dialog box??
