Problems editing stored porcedures

I am connecting to an Oracle database and I need to edit a
stored procedure with Visual Studio .NET version 7.0.9466.
According to all of the documentation I should just double
click it. For some reason it does not work. Does anyone
know how I can resolve this?

Thanks
