There's an XML message I have, that has no namespace information.
Then there is a XSD schema that is must validate against, but this has a
targetNamespace and xmlns of "http://www.wbf.org/xml/b2mml-v02".
How do I get this XML to validate against the Schema in C#?
If I use XmlSpy (2005 home edition) to perform the validation, it first
inserts namespace and schema information into the XML before validating.
Validation then seems to work if...

AIML Schema: http://209.168.21.76/CommunityStarterKit/Downloads/258.aspx
I have a Schema (in the link above) that I've been trying to make work in
VS2003 for a while now and just can't seem to get right. I didn't design the
schema and to tell the truth, most of it is beyond my rudimentary
understanding of XML.
So far, the main problem I've run into is the simpleType below:

Hi
Apologies if this is a really dumb question, but being new to XML and
Schemas, I wonder if giving the namespace for eg xsd or xsi as a website
address means that the user has to be online when they run the app? If so,
what should I do if I can't guarantee that they will be? Can I bring all
these files into the app? Is that desirable?
I'm about to write an app that takes an XML file as input, using Visual
Studio 2005 Express and SQL...

I'm using a 2.0 XmlReaderSettings object with setting.ValidationType set
to ValdationType.Schema to validate a document against a schema.
Following is a schema fragment (names altered):
<xsd:element name="Stuff">
<xsd:complexType>
<xsd:sequence>
<xsd:element ref="RequiredSimpleThing1"/>
<xsd:element ref="RequiredSimpleThing2"/>
<xsd:element name="OptionalSimpleThing1" type="OptionalType"

Hi,
I use C# to validate an XML document. It issues error messages and I do not
understand why.
Here is the XML document:

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
