Hello,
I'd like to make a sort of web tracking system for internal stuff at
my office.
But I'm having problems about how to add email notification to my
script.
I already tried to send email by using the 'email' module, with no
success (the connection can't be stablished). I think my case is a
very specific enviroment (may be very common):

This multi-part MIME message contains a Delivery Status Notification.
If you can see this text, your mail client may not be able to understand MIME
formatted messages or DSNs (see RFC 2045 through 2049 for general MIME
information and RFC 1891 through 1894 for DSN specific information).

Hi,
ive just had to make a Find dialog for an application and to get it in a
similar style to the MS ones i have had to set the control style to TopMost
so that i can move the caret around whilst the find dialog is open. However
i want to know when i lose the focus, if it ISNT the form that called my
find dialog, i want to change the topmost style to a normal style so that it
wont be displayed on top of the other form.
Does that make...

There seems to be way too much confusion over how to set focus on the a field using a field validator. I looked all over the web and found people trying to do this, but not getting anywhere. There are a couple of people selling components... but that is not really an option for me... So, I took the plunge and modified the "WebUIValidation.js" file to make it happen... After tracing through file, I figure it out. It was actually pretty...

The startup form of my application is used to open other forms containing
detail information on projects, organisations, employees etc (similar to
Outlook)
Each detail form has a print method (creates a PrintDocument and prints the
object)
The data prints as intended, however, when printing is completed, the
startup form then receives focus (the form I printed from gets hidden behing
the startup form)
I have worked around this by adding...

I asked this on microsoft.public.access, but got no answers. Maybe
I was too verbose ... or there is no answer.
User opens form A and then form B
While typing in form B, focus jumps to last active control on form A
User curses at development staff
This has also been observed to happen while the user was not touching
the mouse or keyboard.

I am using a WebBrowser object in my .NET 2.0 application, but it is not
shown to the user. Every time a timer event triggers it to perform a
m_WebBrowser.Navigate() I get that classic IE 'click' and it steals the focus
from the user's current application.
How can I prevent the hidden WebBrowser from stealing focus? (And better
yet can I even suppress that click?_

Hi,
I looked around for this specific problem but could not find any
answer - there's few things in VB but still nothing exactly like this
so I'd appreciate any help.
We're writing C# WinForm application that need to "silently" use
another app (called MapInfo) within itself - the intention is to use
this app (which is quite sophisticated mapping application) and add
some other extra functionality to it. We have a dll so we can run the...

However I also want to be able to remove the
panes. I have tried to include this, but find that when I first add the
pane
the remove event does not get handled, though thereafter it is handled
without problems.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
