I am mathiyalagan. Working in a small s/w in my home town.. We are doing some database related windows applications.. Actually we had problem with the datagridview that is we had master detail for Sales Entry (Salesmaster, SalesDetail)..
The fields in Sales master..
Invoiceno, customername, address ,date,invoice amt,
The fields in Sales Detail
sno, Productcode,pro ductname, qty, rate,amount,tax code, tax
we need to enter the product code or product name in the Detail... We retreive the other details from the product table ... We had to show the product table in a pop-up datagridview when we enter the product name and select the product from that... and we need to fill the another details like itemcode,price from that popup gridview selection... How can i achieve this,.. Anybody had samples regarding this please forward it to me...

Which part are you having trouble with? Sounds mostly like simple ado.net. Have you searched the site or read the stickies at the top of the forum?
No Actually i searched over the net but i cant get samples ... If u come across any samples or links regarding it ... Please forward me...

True DBGrid has a MultipleLines property that controls whether individual
records span multiple lines. Is there an equivalent property for the

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
