If you have an array of values, you could just use:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. comboBox.Items.AddRange(myArray)
Subscribe to the SelectionChange Committed event, and read the SelectedItem property to figure out which item has been clicked.

I'm trying to populate a ComboBox (dropdown style) with strings of text from an ArrayList. The ComboBox is actually being populated with the correct items, however, they appear only as blank entries on the drop down list. When I click on one of the blank entries, the editable region displays the correct text, and subsequent functions relying on this string execute properly. My question is why can't I see any of the values that have been...

Help Please... I would like to populate a combo box on a form with a query that compares data from two tables. Any record that is unique in table1 should continue to populate my combobox. The instant the record appears also in table2 it should no longer be listed in my combo box. This is not a key field in either of the tables. Basically what I am trying to do is prevent the user from entering duplicate values even though it is not a key...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
