How to derive unmanaged code from managed code

Hi,

I wanted to develop an unmanaged application of .Net Remoting in VC++. When I tried compiling the object dll, it is giving the following error,

"C3625: 'ObjectNamespac e::RefObject': an unmanaged type cannot derive from a managed type 'System::Marsha lByRefObject' "

I don't want to use "ref" or "__gc" as it will produce a managed version.
Are there any other methods than this to make the code work in unmanaged mode?

Please help me as to how to overcome this.....
