Add a List<RichTextBo x> and initialize it in Constructor of Form
List<RichTextBo x> rtbList = new List<RichTextBo x>(4);

public Form()
{
//
//System generated code
//
rtbList.Add(Ric hTextBox1);
rtbList.Add(Ric hTextBox2);
rtbList.Add(Ric hTextBox3);
rtbList.Add(Ric hTextBox4);
}

then you can loop:
foreach (RichTextBox rtb in rtbList)
{
rtb...
}
