Exporting a form from a Windows App to a PowerPoint file

AP
Hi,

Does anyone know if there's functionality available in .NET (using C#?) to
export data from a Windows Application into a PowerPoint file format? For
instance, if I'd a form containing a bitmap image in my Windows App, I need
to save that to a slide in the PowerPoint file.

Any ideas/info is appreciated.

Thanks

Google is your friend. The first link for "powerpoint automation c#"
reveals this:

Hi, For the last couple of releases of a product we're developing we've been running to very wierd behavior from IE and our ASP.NET web application which serves up various types of files and I'm getting very frustrated in trying to solve it! We content we are serving up is potentially sensitive and therefore we DO NOT want it cached on the remote client (IE) beyond the lifetime of the application rendering it (IE, Powerpoint, Word...

Hi, I have built an upload.aspx application that when you upload a PowerPoint Presentation it saves each slide out as 3 different size PNGs (thumb, midsize and largesize). It also saves each slide as a seperate PPT. My problem is, I also need to save the Speaker Notes out for each slide as an individual RTF file. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm in the middle of writing an application to display a scrolling marquee and a PowerPoint presentaion on multiple monitors. Powerpoint is unable to display more than one presentaion on one PC so I'm resorting to doing it myself. I can convert the PowerPoint file to HTML and show the presentation in a form this way, however the conversion process makes a mess of some of the more complex slides. So, is it possible to show a powerpoint...

Hey folks, my mind is turning into mush... I created a report tracking program in access that works beyond my greatest expectations. So of course, I am constantly adding features to make life easier for my users (and harder for myself). Every week my secretary exports different sets of data into Excel (via cmd buttons on form) then copies and pastes the data into powerpoint slides for our weekly staff meeting. I want to simplify this...

Good day! I have such problem. I must play the PowerPoint presentation in my application. Several ActiveX components (f.e. EDraw Office Viewer) can do that but if the MS Office is not installed, they become useful. So, I need a way to view the PPT/PPS file without Office installed. The only application that can do this is MS PowerPoint Viewer (I`ve found only it at this time). But it doesn`t install/register any OCX that I can use in my...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
