Does a VBCommenter exist for VS2005? I'm trying to use Version 1.2, designed
for VS2003, but not all the features are working.
Thanks. 2 1715

VB has built-in support for XML comments in the 2005 release.

Hi NG,
I commentate my VB.NET source code with "vbCommenter" from PowerToys for
Visual Studio .NET. The generated XML File is correct. So far is all OK.
But after, I get problems with building the help documentation. I tried with
"Custom Help Builder" and "nDOC".
I get this error message form "Custom Help Builder" :
"The object reference was not specified on an object instance."

Hi
I' m sorry the thread is a bit off topic, but there is no support from the vbcommenter page
I'm using vbcommenter 1.1
I have the following problem.
In some method the namespaces are not included in the name attribute of the XML file, generated by the vbcommenter.
NDOC cannot use it to generate a correct comment.

Is anyone using these tools with VB 2003 to document UserControls that
they're writing? In particular, I'm having trouble with the way that Events
are being generated in intermediate XML and finished help file.
VBCommenter seems to create /two/ distinct entries for each Event:
1) the Event itself, which doesn't seem to include /any/ of the XML
comments I've coded, and
2) the EventHandler Delegate, which does include all my comments, but...

Hello. We still use Studio 2003 and I have VBCommenter 1.2.6 beta. I
want to custmize the template but can't figure out how to do it. The
GotDotNet website is not very helpful on this subject. I thought there
should be a file called default-autoinsert.xslt somewhere. But where?
There's none in the VBCommenter folder. Can someone please help or
point to a helpful site? Thanks.

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
