I have a test app that I am creating an Innosetup script for.
Everything works great except for the fact that my icons (start menu
and desktop) are not starting the executable in the appropriate
directory. This is causing problems because it can't find "icon.ico"
and other stuff. When I go and manually change the startpath on the
icon's...

I now know how to gather the file type icons and I'm able to use them in a
listview. But a listbox does not have a .smallimagelist or .largeimagelist
member, so I don't know how to translate that so that I have the icon + the
string in a listbox. Is this possible, and if so, can you give me some idea
how to go about it.
Thanks for any...

I am looking at creating list of letter combinations.
letters a-h
6 letters per combination
letter can repeat its self in the combination, but not next to its self
and, a series of letter can not repeat in the combinations.
So, ababab, abcabc would not be alowed but, abcbca, abcbac... would all be
alowed.

I have a Form1 and two class files.
In the first class, I call the second class. The second class
references the Form1 notifyicon and changes the icon. It works.
The problems is, however, that because I am doing:
Form1 f = new Form1();
f.notifyIcon.Icon = myIcon;

Hi guys,
I have a problem when trying to create an image file. Basically my
code takes any file and gets it's system icon using SHGetFileInfo and
then saves the file either by converting it into a bmp and saving to
disk or by saving the icon using a filestream. In both cases saving
the file works fine. However, when I open the newly created...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then...
