Some time ago I created a windows forms application with a deployment
project.
I was always able to build the deployment package after changing the windows
forms application, but somehow something changed.
When I try to build the deployment project, it builds the windows
application without errors, but when packaging I now get the following

application is being deployed using No-Touch deployment. The objective
in utilizing this new deployment method is to reduce the maintenance
overhead as well as making it easier for my users to setup and run the
application initially. I have VS 2002, Windows XP, Access XP(2000

I have created a Setup and Deployment project in Visual Studio.NET 2003.
After my installation has completed running I'd like to launch the EXE that I
just
installed. I've found how to launch the EXE in the Custom Actions area of
the Setup and Deployment project. Unfortunately when the EXE is launched
it causes the setup program to stay open until the EXE has been exited.
Anyone have any ideas how to launch the EXE and get the setup...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
