Which "Team Edition"? "Team Developer"? If not, there are many
differences...

Ans in general the "Team Editions" has the "Team Explorer" the
Prof.-Edition has not "Team Explorer".

Hello, This is a stupid question. I cannot find any information if we can buy Visual C# 2005 without purchasing the whole Visual Studio 2005... can you do this like you can purchas C# 2003 by itself? Visual studio costs like $800! And we have to buy 2 licenses or more for our team here... we are a small company. Thanks all for reading this.

Hello. I have downloaded and installed Visual Studio 2005 February CTP -- Professional Edition (English) from msdn. All works fine (with a few bugs) except the Quickstarts. The Quickstarts install without problems. I have 2 questions : 1. When I launch the Quickstarts, I only see : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Microsoft .NET Framework SDK QuickStart Tutorials

Hi everybody, I've install Visual studio Team Edition for Testers on my computers, And I can't seem to find how to show the toolbox. The documenation says there should be a 'Toolbox' menuitem under 'view' menu, But I don't have it! This happens both when editing WinForms & WebForms. Thanks, Nadav

Which edition of Visual Studio do I have? "About" says that I have Visual Studio 8.0.5.0727.42: is this the professional, express, or enterprise edition? I do not believe it is the Team edition. I am trying to use "Attach to Your Form for Debugging" to attach to a process and the "Attach" button is grayed out. Help says that the "Attach to Your Form for Debugging" is not available in the Express Edition. Could this be my issue?...

In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
