Ftp PORT command

My problem is that I have created a socket with a local IP
address for FTP commands, but to get file info like using
the LIST command you need to establish a new IP address to
connect to. One way is to sent a PASV command which in
return from the server you get a server address to connect
to. But because of my customer requirements I must use
the PORT command and supply the Server with my data port
address to connect to. The problem is when i create a new
socket under .NET I get the same address I am using for
FTP commands and that will not work. Is there any way
in .NET to get a new client IP address?
