unhandled exception of type 'System.Securit y.SecurityExcep tion'

I write a simple .NET client program that calls Java Web Services.
Unfortunately, when it runs, it has error "unhandled exception of type
'System.Securit y.SecurityExcep tion' occured in mscorlib.dll. It is so
strange, any ideas? Is it because .NET client couldn't handle exception
from Java Web Services? I thought SoapException should be able to
handle that.

please advise. thanks!!

I have created a console application in C# that appears to not even really get started unless the code group in which it is contained is set to FullTrusted. The Everything permission set does not even work. The application never gets started far enough to get into any of my resource usage (which is several FileIOPermission's). I do not have any assembly level Permissions defined, and all of my FileIOPermission usages are imperative. ...

I think I'll never come across that error. It happens when running code from a DLL that tries to write to disk. I added permissions in the project folder, the wwwroot and in IIS to NETWORK_SERVICE and Everyone, with Full Control to see if it's a permissions problem. The project is hosted in a Windows 2003 Server and developed from PCs in a domain, developing with Visual Studio 2005 Beta 1. -- Regards,

When the output exe is run(this is a windows application) on my development pc, the exe runs fine as well. When the application is deployed on any other machine with .net framework 1.1, it generates an unhandled exception prioir to loading anything. The setup project...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
