I created a program using VB6 under WIN 98. The program uses an ado
database.
When I use the package and deployment program in VB6 on this program
and then install it on a machine with XP Pro on it, I get the Provider
can not be found error..
Any Ideas....I Hope

I'm trying to create a "standalone" install package (without any of the dialog boxes that a standard setup package would have). I think I understand how to do it in VB6 (using PDCmdLn.exe); I have already researched this subject in the MSDN for VB6.

Problem with Package and Deployment Wizard.
My VB6 application compiles and runs fine. However, when I try to use the Application and Deployment Wizard to create installation files, the process aborts without any error message just after I depress the package button. Can anyone suggest a fix or a reason why this is happening? I can create installation files for other VB6 programs. Is it possible to have an executable that is too big?

Can anyone help me out with locating & using the package and deployment wizard for Access 2003?
I have searched for HOURS and cannot find the Package & Deployment wizard for Access2003 anywhere on my machine. It's supposed to be under Program Files/Microsoft Office/Package & Deployment.... It's not there and I don't have a folder with anything even close on my machine.

I had made a program using vb6 and crystal report 10 .
Now i had made the deployment of programed using vb deployment and package wizard.
Now , the problem is when i run the program in my computer it work fine because it has both vb6 and crystal report 10 installed . but when i try to deploy it on another computer which don't have Crystal report 10 and vb6 the rest of of the program work fine but it does not display report and gives error....
