add parameter into dynamic user control

Dear all,

how can I pass a parameter to dynamic user control?
As I know we can pass parameter into traditional user control.
e.g: add pageid into user control and write a property from user control
<uc1:uccc id="uccc1" runat="server" pageid="1"></uc1:uccc>

I can create dynamic user control but don't know how to pass parameter into
user control.

*************** *** my original code *************** ********
Control myControl = (Control) LoadControl("co ntrol/template1.ascx" );
PlaceHolderTemp late.Controls.C lear();
PlaceHolderTemp late.Controls.A dd( myControl );
*************** *************** *************** *************

Thanks in advanced.

I cut down the code to make this half way understandable... I have read Data Grid girls caution about over use of dynamic controls. I truly believe what I am doing requires dynamically inserted user controls. Worse I'm trying to add dynamic user controls from within a repeater loop (looping through attributes)... I bind to a function in the code behind and pass in the attribute. <asp:repeater id="rAttributes" Runat="server">

I have a web form containing a button that when selected adds a user control to a place holder. The user control contains a button. The first time the user control is added the contained button fires Click event first time it is selected. The second (andd successive) times the user control is added the button Click event does not fire the first time, only on the second and successive times. This problem is caused by the naming of the...

hi all, I have this seemingly simple problem. I have lost a lot of time on it though. When a user selects a value from a dropdownlist (static control) a dynamic control is generated. I have to create the dynamic controls in the OnInit stage of the lifecycle. Since data from static controls is not yet available in the OnInit stage I can't know what dynamic control I have to create.

I've got a user control that builds a table of dynamic data based on a :LINQ class holding the data. The data is loaded using the LoadData(DataInstance) method. The table it builds contains a number of dynamic controls that themselves have postback/autopostback so the display of the control needs to be built at latest in the Page.Load event or the event handlers for the controls don't get wired up. Now if I have a page that uses this user...

I've created a ASP.NET control that displays a "book" of schedules. It dynamically displays scheduling times and allows the user to page through the schedules. It also lets the user edit the schedule times if the user has permissions to edit schedules. When the user is not editing, or the user is not allowed to edit, the buttons that let the user edit are not displayed. If the user is allowed to edit schedules but they are not editing a link...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
