Web Service Deployment for two WS

Hi all,
We are developing 2 .Net WS that has to be deployed in 2 different
servers.Say one is a intermediate server WS(intServer IP),other is DB server
WS(DBserverIP).

A java client, say a JSP has to be deployed in another server(JavaServ er IP)
which has to access the intermediate server WS,which inturn contacts db
server WS and the results should reach java client.

I have made a simple java application and i'm able to retrieve the XML
strings.

the problem is I want to deploy them and test. How should i proceed?
such as to replace the tempuri.org in both .Net WS.

should I need to get the server details in java client and then access
appropriately.

I have a windows service written in C++ .NET. I am able to install it fine from the command prompt with "service.exe" -Install. I added a deployment project with a custom action and selected the primary output of the service. When I build and run the deployment project I get the error System.IO.FileLoadException: unverifiable image service.exe could not be run. Any ideas on why this happens? I have searched the web with no luck. ...

Please excuse me if this is an often asked question, but I've been unable to locate an answer. I have a web service that I've packaged up using a VS.NET 2003 "Web Service Deployment" project. When I go to install it on the server, which hosts about a dozen different sites, the install fails saying the "specified path ... is unavailable". The path it has tried to install under is for the default site on the host. How do I specify which...

I have a developed service and client application running on a Vista machine in IIS7 in the Visual Studio 2008 beta 2 with .NET 3.5 framework. I am trying to deploy the service app to a test pre-deployment server that is on the Internet running Server 2003 sp2. I have had all kinds of issues trying to get what seems a simple thing to work, publish the service and connect. In Visual Studio I should be able to type URL of the service into the...

Have you ever used a .net deployment project to install a windows service? If so, then i ran into an issue recently that maybe you could shed some light on. I am sure I probably did something wrong, but I am experiencing something weird and am not sure if it has something to do with the way the WindowServiceInstaller class was created or if i did something wrong in my deployment project. Basically what happens is that after I build the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
