Hi Guys,
I have been having a big problem with trying to pass parameters into a
user control when the user control is dynamically loaded into a
placholder. I am developing in c#. I have get and set methods on the
user control "editButton.ascx" which work fine.
How do i pass parameter into the user controls "c1", "c2" ?

I have added controls to the placeholder control. All the controls that were added have EnableViewState = true including the placeholder. One of the controls has a button that performs a postback. My question is when the button is clicked and a postback is performed, the controls that were in the placeholder no longer appears on the screen! Am I doing something wrong here? Why are the controls back on the screen eventhough they have enable view...

controls on a aspx template page at runtime. These values would be
strings that are returned from a database query. I know I can do this
for user controls easily using:

but can not figure out how to do it for server controls. since I do

This works great as long as the contains just client-side
