ODBC connection with Sybase

Hi all,
I am using VC++ DOT NET. The database is Sybase. I
have established connectivity through ODBC 12.5 Sybase ASE
Driver( its not through DSN).

There is problem while reteriving values of
datatype 'int' or 'small int'. I think its the
compatibility issue. Is there any other ODBC driver
available which microsoft supports.

Thanks

Ajay

I am developing a website in ASP that connects to a Sybase database. However, when I try to open a connection to the database the page will not load. The script does not timeout, nor the connection. Further, the Sybase server shows no connection. Because the page is hanging I am unable, with my limited knowledge, to query the error collection....

Some simple queries run quickly, so the processing is being done on the server. Some...

Ok, my problem is the following: I have very complicated Access 97 databases that link through ODBC to Sybase databases. Now in some of the forms controls I had queries that used as "where clause" parameters form field values; For example: select foo from bar where a_colmun = !!
