I downloaded and installed VC++ 2005 Express Beta February 2005 CTP. I
just created a Windows Forms application but in the Toolbox I see no UI
components.
Am I missing something? :-)

Hello.
I've just finished the compilation of my application with VC 2005 Beta 2
(Express edition) and I'm getting the following initialization error loading

LDR: LdrpWalkImportDescriptor() failed to probe
c:\Fontes\QiCad.NET\QIVRebar.dll for its manifest, ntstatus 0xc0150002

I'd installed VC++ Express 2005 beta 2 but I couldn't create new
projects from templates or when I opened an existing solution, I
couldn' build it: 'exe not found!'
The same happened whith VC++.NET 2003 (a friend's).
Is it a framework problem? (I've got the 1.1)

I have written a program using VC++ 2008 Express (Beta 2). It uses
System::Speech for speech recognition.
My program works fine in VS GUI, both Debug and Release. It also works fine
in Debug stand-alone (outside GUI). And it begins to work in Release
Stand-alone. But, it stops Recognizing (async) after a while even though it
is definitely...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then...
