XPath query that gets elements whose subelements have an attribute with a particular value

Hi all, I'm having some trouble with a XPath query I would like to make

I have the following simplified XML
<A><B><C name="Test"></C><C name="Test2"></C></B><B><C name="Test"></C></B></A

I would like to return all B elements that have a C sub-element that have a name with a particular value

For example - I would like to retrieve all B elements that have a C sub-element with a name of Test. This should return 2 B elements. Likewise, if I wanted all B elements with a sub-element C with the name "Test2" I would get only one B element

I've tried various strings, but nothing seems to work - for example the following won't do it
/A/B[@C/name = 'Test'
/A/B[C@name = 'Test'

Is there an intersection query I could use to create this query

Thanks

Here you go:
/A/B[C/@name = 'Test']

I refined my attempt a little further, and the following code does seem to work, however it has 2 major problems: 1. Very limited support for XPath features Basic paths are supported for elements, attributes, ".", and "..", plus also the "" predicate format is supported - however, only one predicate per path step is supported, and expr must be a relative path. 2. Poor performance

hello, I wanna create a new DTD for a protocol - therefore I have one question: is there a way to define elements depending on a special attribute-value? I guess I've confused you so far, so that's what I really mean: I have got an element "sensor": <!ELEMENT sensor ((longitude, latitude) | (direction, speed))>

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
