I received a file from a business partner. I ran it through XercesJ and it
choked on the following element:
<wcb-case-number>0</wcb-case-number>
To debug this issue, I loaded it into XMLSPY and hit validate...it passed.
Here are the related type/element definitions:

I have an XSL that was auto-generated by mapping two XML Schema XSD's.
When I run the transformation, I get the values output to the console,
but none of the appropriate tags are appearing... Here are the files:

Hi.
(this is somewhat similar to yesterday's thread about empty links)
I noticed that Tidy issues warnings whenever it encounters empty
tags, and strips those tags if cleanup was requested. This is okay in
some cases (such as <tbody>), but problematic for other tags (such as
<option>). Some tags (td, th, ...) do not produce warnings when they are
empty.

A "special" project team in our department has decided to purchase XMLSpy.
We standardize on VS2005 as our IDE and up to now everyone has used the XML
parser in VS2005.
Are there advantages to using XMLSpy over VS2005? Apparently there are
"integration diagrams" that VS2005 does not have natively.
Does someone have a link or a MVP have some comparison I could have?

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
