I've been bothered for some time about my DataGrid not populating my rows
very quickly. I have about 10K rows loading into the grid.
I create a datatable dt with 2 columns, an ID and a display. The ID is a
member of the keys array.
I then create a DataView dv over the table, and sort it by Display and ID
column (in case of duplicate Display).

I can not get my datagrid to page. I have a datagrid that
I can sort 2 of the columns. This works great. I added
paging and when I display the dg it shows 5 pages. (I am
showing page numbers at the bottom of the dg.)
When I click on the pages nothing happens until I get to
the last page. Then and only then is the last page
displayed. If I go back through the pages the second to
last page displayes the first page again.

I have a winforms datagrid bound to an arraylist which works correctly,
however if I add a row to the arraylist i cannot get the datagrid to display
the updated data other than by:-
clearing the dg bindings
binding the dg to a DIFFERENT arraylist

What is the best method of clearing a datagrid?
I'm having issues with it not 'resetting' when I want to repopulate it.
I usually design my datagrids using the .net toolbar/properties, but had to
create this one programmatically (so I could add comboboxes).
I've never had this problem before, but now, whenever I try to repopulate my

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
