Hi, I had beta 1 of VS2005. I uninstalled it before installing VS 2005 Pro
Beta 2
Now whenever I create a new project, the form1 gives this error: Method not
found: 'Int32
Microsoft.Visua lStudio.Shell.I nterop.IVsError Item.GetCategor y(UInt32 ByRef)'
Whatt can be the problem ???
I use XP SP-2 2GB RAM P4-2.8Ghz etc. etc.
Regards,
Vincent 3 1353
I can't help - I can only commiserate. I have exactly the same
situation with the same problem/error. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling, but that didn't help. :-(
Did you ever find a solution?
Brad.

That might well have done the job. I wish I'd found that sooner!
Unfortunately, I got impatient and wiped that machine. So, I guess
I'll never know. :-S
Anyway, thanks for your help!

I have a normal looking setup.py file with a single extension module.
When distutils runs (python setup.py build), the module compiles fine,
but an error is issued that seems to indicate that gcc is being called
with a "blank" input file (and gives an error).
It appears that the spawn process inside of distutils is generating two
calls:...

Hello everyone:
I have come to love the ease of updating PHP, since getting used to
using it these past few years. Recently, however, when I upgraded from

behavior when trying to load php_mysqli.dll. I am using Apache 2.2.3
on Windows XP Pro (32-bit). I use the...
