I meet a problem in building my .Net Solution and I would like to seek help.
After I have added a dll to reference in one of my project in my solution,
when I re-build the solution, I meet the following error :

Hey,
I have a solution that is built from both C# and VB.Net projects that some
C# projects are referenced to VB.Net projects and vise versa.
Whenever I try to rebuild my solution I get the following errors:
"Cannot Copy Assembly <Assembly> - The Process Cannot Access The File
Because It Is Being Used By Another Process".
I tried to "kill" the ASPNET_WP process in a pre-built event and had no
success...

I keep receiving this message everytime I build or rebuild my asp. net
application and I am not sure why.
Cannot copy assembly 'BLL' to file
'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ePermitWeb\bin\BLL.dll'. The process cannot access the
file because it is being used by another process.
The BLL is a project containing classes and ePermitWen is my ASP .Net
project.

is called PhotoGallery and one is called Photo. Any suggestions on how to
solve this? i can't do much at the moment.

Hello,
I have created a solution which has both a web UI and a winform UI, the
latter is just for administrators. The Web UI (a Web Application Project)
and the winform project both reference the same BLL in a separate assembly,
and I have all three projects in a single solution file for development,
with the two UI's each having a project reference to the BLL assembly. I
created a Setup and Deployment package for the winform app...

I have an ASP project written years ago that I have recently started
to try and update. It was written by someone who used to work here
before me, and the source code I have is in a major mess.
There is just one (of many) DLL file that once I recompile I get the
error mentioned above.
The located assembly's manifest definition with name '.....' does not
match the assembly reference (see snippet for full detail).
