Is there some way I can 'easily' change the start day for a DateTimePicker
other than screwing around with Region Settings (I only want this while my
application is running).
The default start day of the Week (Canadian/USA) is Sunday. I'd like to
change it to Saturday. Again... just while my app is running.

I have a query that creates a graph of bookings from the course start date
looking back 20 weeks based on a running sum.
I also have a query that counts the number of bookings before that 20 week
date for that particular course start date.
What they want is to start the 20 week running sum from the previous total.

I have extended the datetimepicker control to incorporate
a ReadOnly property.
I have used the new keyword to implement my own version
of the value property, so that if readonly == true then
it will not set the value of the control and will leave
the checked status of the checkbox to false when a user
selects a new date.
this works fine when using the control on a win2k machine
but if we use it on a win XP box and call

I've just wrote a hlp file to a program I just completed. Now I want to open that hlp file with a command on my program. I've tried using the Call Shell(C:/WINDOWS/Cris/desktop/MS Skill Book/Skill Book.exe) method and it works fine, but now I want to send it to a friend and I want him to be able to open that hlp file, but his computer name isn't Cris. Any suggestions?
I've also tried this method and it is not working.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
