connect and create database with php via wamp/mysql

Am working with Dreamweaver, WAMP server as my localhost,the issue is that i have tried on several occasions to connect and create a database with my php script but i end up having no connection nor database in my host, please help me out.

I'm having this problem too, because one of the last things i do is close the connection...... ;)

Show some example code, or complete error messages...

How are you, trying, to create a database?

Secondly: how are you, trying, to connect to it?
