Problems with Error 145. How to find all tables needing repaired?

I'm having a bunch of tables showing up with 145 errors (145 = Table was
marked as crashed and should be repaired).

Repairing them is easy enough.

But I have a server with dozens of databases and hundreds if not thousands
of tables on it.

Is there any way to do some sort of server-wide check to see how many
tables are in need of repair?

Have you read about mysqlcheck --all-databases?

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/using-mysqlcheck.html
