new version of the ODBC Driver

Anybody know when the new version of the ODBC Driver is gonna be out?

I'm using 3.51.11-1, but I'm having problems transferring information from
SQL Server.

Why do you believe that a new version of the ODBC driver would solve
your problems? Can you be more specific about these problems?

There's not much to go on from your description... it sounds like you
are trying to use the MySQL ODBC driver to access Microsoft SQL Server,
is that correct? Most often, connectivity drivers like ODBC are
specific to one brand of RDBMS. You should use the ODBC driver that is
intended for MS SQL Server if that is the RDBMS you need to access.

For instance, in my ODBC Data Source Administrator, Drivers tab, I see
"MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver" and a few lines below that I see "SQL Server,
3.70.11.46" as a different ODBC driver. If I were to connect to a MS
SQL Server, I would use this driver when defining the DSN, not the MySQL
driver.

Apologies if my suggestions are too remedial. I am making an assumption
based on your brief comments.
